Key Responsibilities: Achieve business plan goals and objectives for assigned fleet customer accounts while actively prospecting for new opportunities, focusing on the rental and ride-share sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs), collaborating closely on Novated, Leasing, and Fleet Sales strategies.Provide FMOs with at least quarterly support, including product training, loan vehicles, and ongoing assistance to enhance their operational effectiveness.Act as the primary representative for customers, promptly addressing requests for information and support across all business areas to ensure satisfaction.Collaborate with Dealership Managers, Regional Managers, and internal teams to ensure successful cultivation, closure, and follow-up of fleet transactions.Proactively take measures to grow and maintain customer relationships and accounts, ensuring long-term partnership success.Oversee the vehicle order and delivery process with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Develop fleet plans that leverage product strengths and industry trends, while analysing market conditions to propose strategies that capitalize on opportunities, such as government tax breaks on Novated sales.If you have experience in the automotive sector (OEMs, dealerships, or fleet management), please apply ASAP!
