We have an exciting brand-new opportunity for an experienced Fleet Risk Manager to join our high performing Portfolio and Reinsurance team based in Auckland. You'll oversee and manage all aspects of motor risk related to Ando's existing and potential commercial motor vehicle clients. You'll also be responsible for educating our internal stakeholders regarding the best practices for risk management. Ideally, you'll have at least 5 years' experience in fleet risk management within the transport industry.
Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you'll be responsible for:
Review and recommend best market solutions to minimize risk and downtime.
Assisting to improve driver wellbeing.
Actively contributing to risk management improvements.
Establish and maintaining partnerships with the external risk service providers.
Act as Ando's Transport Brand at Transport industry events.
Ensure positive customer experience and strengthen customer relationships.
You show the following qualities:
A strong team player, and proactively taking measures to improve the existing CMW Risk Selection.
Excellent communication & networking skills.
Great people skills & critical thinking capabilities to work under pressure within the deadlines.
The flexibility to adapt and evolve with Ando's portfolio strategy.
Ability to travel when necessary.
