You will support the Branch Manager to ensure the continued success and seamless operations of our Hawkes Bay and Gisborne fleet operation, managing the Fleet and Wage Drivers.The prime responsibility of this role involves managing the day-to-day running of our fleet operations, leading the courier contractors, and supporting the branch operations to ensure a premier level of service to our customers. Strong leadership capabilities and an aptitude to train, develop, and mentor others are essential.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday during operational hours, with a degree of flexibility.
