Fire Protection Project Manager

Project Manager – Fire Protection (or Related Industry) We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our high performing team. If you have experience managing projects in Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing, or Construction industries, we want to hear from you. This is an opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and financial acumen to drive project performance and grow with us. You'll excel at working collaboratively, as you will regularly engage with colleagues and management in resource allocation discussions. As a Project Manager, you will use professional principles, project management best-practices, and techniques to lead project delivery, manage budgets, and ensure schedules are met. Success in this role means satisfied clients, meeting KPI targets, and hitting sales and gross margin goals. You'll also play a key role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors while ensuring that the customers' needs are met today and into the future. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Control project budgets, financial forecasting, progress claims, and variations. Negotiate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Schedule projects, review designs, and proactively address potential issues. Support business growth through customer relationship management and identifying future opportunities. Contribute to Health & Safety standards for yourself and the team. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in Fire Protection, but open to candidates from HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, or similar industries. Proven history of managing project budgets and financial optimisation. Experience with progress claims, variations, and design review processes. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Excellent organisational and planning skills with a proactive problem-solving approach. Exceptional customer service and presentation skills. Knowledge of Health and Safety practices. A positive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
