As a locally owned and rapidly growing organisation, our TW Civil and Infrastructure division plays a key role in delivering expert Civil and Infrastructure solutions that complement our diverse range of property and trades across the North Island.
About you
Here is your opportunity to work on critical infrastructure in Hawkes Bay. As our Finishing Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role within our team on construction and excavation projects, focusing on the final stages of grading and levelling surfaces.
You will also be:
Assisting with safety improvements on roading networks
Area wide pavement treatments, including cement stabilisation and overlays including final trim
Leading our Subdivision pavement work, shaping and trimming of batters
Execute detailed grading and excavation for residential and commercial sites, ensuring high quality infrastructure projects are delivered to plan using your expert operator skills
Ensure precision and attention to detail in every aspect of your work
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project objectives and ensure successful completion
Requirements:
Experience operating graders in a road construction environment is essential and 3D control
You will be proficient in operating Grader Machine across a range of situations
Class 2 license minimum + WTR endorsements is essential
Have 7+ years' experience operating a range of machines in civil construction from excavators, rollers, grader and small to medium trucks
Attention to detail, "Delivering the final 5% to make the job exceptional"
High attention to Health & Safety, always put people first.
