About the Opportunity As our client's Financial Services practice continues to expand, their Auckland team is seeking a Solicitor with over three years of PQE. This role involves working on a variety of significant financial matters for both prominent local and international clients. While local experience is preferred, exposure to areas such as financial services, investment funds, securities law, or retirement savings schemes would be advantageous, though not essential. Candidates with backgrounds in corporate law, commercial litigation, finance, or tax are also welcome to apply. In this role, you will collaborate closely with two highly respected partners in financial services, who specialise in a broad spectrum of financial laws and business transactions, including conduct regulations, investment product development, regulatory changes, investigations, and laws related to financial advising and insurance.
