You will work closely with customers to understand their financial requirements and develop customised solutions to help them manage and grow their businesses. This position requires a strong background in financial services, agricultural systems, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a portfolio of agricultural clients, providing ongoing support and advice. Assess clients' financial needs and goals, recommending suitable products and services. Prepare and present financial proposals and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Contribute to the development and improvement of marketing strategies, identifying new opportunities and markets. Attend trade shows and events to represent Carrfields Financial Services. Key Skills Required for this Role Include: A degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the agricultural sector. Sound knowledge of financial products and services, such as loans, insurance, leasing, investment, and risk management. Strong understanding of agricultural operations and the financial requirements of the agri sector. Proficiency in analytical and financial modelling skills.
