In this role, you will be responsible for managing client enquiries, processing sales and invoices, and ensuring smooth settlement processes. If you excel at multitasking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you! As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll play a vital part in our operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing financial transactions while building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Administer client enquiries and settlement processes. Accurately process sales data and new financial applications through various online portals. Prepare and distribute monthly client statements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Work closely with our Finance Partners to finalise and communicate settlement details to clients. Key Skills Required for this Role Include: Exceptional attention to detail, with proven accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Prior experience in financial administration or customer service is preferred.
