The RoleProvide leadership and mentoring to a team of staff, fostering a culture of excellenceLead the development and implementation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans, ensuring financial stability and growthProvide clear and insightful financial reports to both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-makingDevelop and implement an integrated business planning (IBP) cycle to align financial and operational strategiesProvide financial leadership and analysis across various functions including Sales, Marketing, HR, Technology, and OperationsMake improvements and develop new financial models to ensure efficiencies and accuracy when generating resultsContinuously improving ERP systems and financial processes that will contribute to greater efficiency and accuracyConducting market analysis and competitor assessments that keep the company competitive and forward-thinking.
