The Role As our Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Auror's growth journey by providing insights and enabling operational scale through business intelligence and problem solving. It's a hugely varied role from financial modelling and data analysis to managing our finance tech stack, as well as adhoc projects and reporting. No two days will be the same and it's an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the tech industry.

Practically, this will involve:
Leading our annual & strategic long term financial planning process Supporting with ongoing and adhoc financial modelling & analysis Managing our SaaS metrics, business intelligence & dashboard tool Supporting our financial operations and systems to enable scale Partnering across the wider team to support insights and decision making Leading ad-hoc project work such as system implementations and process improvements as we grow You'll be reporting to Georgia Burns, Strategic Finance Director About you 8+ years relevant experience, ideally with at least 4 years of working in a growing tech company A bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification or equivalent Advanced Excel, reporting and data analysis skills Experience in creating and managing forecasts and budgets Experience in systems implementation and/or project management A creative, strategic mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills Competitive salary range: Depending on level of experience of $125,000 - 143,000 (IC4)
