Due to their continued growth, and to support the business to achieve their ambitious plans, they have created a new role to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis function.

This key leadership role will be pivotal in shaping the future financial health of the organisation by partnering with key stakeholders, providing insightful analysis, accurate forecasting, and strategic recommendations and direction.

They will lead the selection and implementation of a new financial planning and analysis tool.

The successful candidate will have: Extensive experience within accounting, financial reporting, finance business partnering and financial planning and analysis
Accounting qualifications as well as tertiary qualifications in commerce or similar
Exceptional commercial acumen and strong technology skills including data analysis, automation and artificial intelligence
Experience implementing finance systems and tools
Confident communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge the status quo, in a positive and constructive way
Strong leadership/coaching/mentoring skills
