The role This is a unique role, combining finance administration leadership and systems accounting. You will be leading day-to-day purchasing, payments and credit collection activities, ensuring financial compliance and promoting a supportive and high performance team environment. You'll also be the SME for the Finance module of the Workday ERP system, providing first level support to users across the organisation and driving enhancements to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our systems and processes. Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will be to: Lead the Accounts Administration function, ensuring accurate inputs, effective controls, and compliance with internal policies and tax legislation. Provide first level support to users of the Workday finance module; escalating tickets to the external support partner as needed. Review Workday release notes, identify new opportunities, and ensure changes are effectively communicated to users. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current system capabilities, gather requirements, and prioritise system improvements. Deliver training to non-finance staff, lifting awareness, understanding and general financial acumen across the business. About you You are a proactive and skilled financial professional with a passion for systems and process improvement. Your leadership style encourages growth and development within your team, and you are a skilled leader of change. You enjoy collaborating across departments and possess a strong eye for detail to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
