We have an opportunity for a Financial Controls Lead to join the Finance Division at Fletcher Construction.
A key function of the role is collaborating with and providing key support to the Group Services finance team as well as the wider business unit finance teams, developing and driving efficient processes around internal controls and best practice across a breadth of finance disciplines, including but not limited to budgeting/forecasting, governance/controls, treasury, and tax.
The role also includes supporting FCC Finance Manager with ensuring the integrity of financial data across multiple systems.

What you'll bring to the role: Ideally 3+ years post study accounting experience
Experience in technical financial management, accounting, financial reporting and analysis
Prior experience working in the Construction industry is highly sought after
Experience with JDE and Hyperion advantageous but training can be provided
Proficiency navigating through ERP systems
Tertiary qualification in accounting/Commerce
Strong attention to detail as accuracy is key
Highly organised, ability to prioritise with excellent communication skills
