You could be a senior accountant or financial accountant ready to take the next step in your career. You will be led by our amazingly talented Associate Director of Finance, who is there to support your continued career growth.Here's what you'll be doing:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.Manage accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.Lead a talented team of finance specialists, coaching and mentoring them to become even better.Serve as the bridge to other departments like Sales, HR, and Operations.Work with the CFO and AD Finance to build a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team.Sounds like you're a fit?
