Job Description
About The Role:
The Financial Controller is responsible for providing financial capability, insights and analysis to the senior leadership team. The role reports to the COO and is responsible for day-to-day financial management and leadership of the Finance Team of four.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
As the successful candidate you will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team providing financial insight and analysis to drive overall performance. A confident communicator, you will be able to coach and support managers, building financial acumen across the company and enhancing their financial focus.
With an eye for improvement and efficiency, you will be able to identify and execute continual incremental improvements, with an evolution not revolution mindset.
In addition, you will:
Be CA / CPA qualified (ideally with an Audit background)
Have led a finance function in a complex business environment.
Experience with Accounting Software and systems (MS Dynamics or similar).
