At the heart of this role, you will analyze the financial performance of projects in our business to support decision-making and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Support will be in the form of month-end reporting, weekly reports, business cases, forecasts, and budgeting, as well as ad hoc analysis and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:Review and provide analysis of month-end project results.Provide monthly project reports, analysis, and interpretation of management information.Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and business initiative reporting.Provide insightful commentary on the consolidated forecasts, including key drivers of projected results, risks, and opportunities.Be seen by business partners as a "trusted advisor," providing proactive insights that support decision-making.Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to influence management, and build strong relationships across the business.Understand the big picture while holding a strong eye for detail.Possess advanced MS Excel and business writing skills.Be willing to take the initiative, make decisions, and be biased towards action.Working for ASB | Te mahi ki ASB: We offer a supportive team environment, a competitive salary, plus opportunities for rewards and recognition.
