As a Financial Analyst, you will work with our Directors and Senior Managers in the delivery of Corporate Advisory assignments for our clients.
These assignments will vary and can include Valuations, Management Projections, Cashflow Forecasting, Due Diligence projects, Business planning as well as IT projects, process and efficiency reviews.
This role will suit someone who has strong commercial acumen, an open communication style and who can demonstrate a good understanding of accounting principles.
This is an interesting and varied role where the key focus is aiding and promoting profitability, growth, and long-term success for our clients' businesses.
Key responsibilities include: Conducting thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support client projects.
Preparing detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuations.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
Collaborating with senior team members to develop strategic financial plans for clients.
About you: We are looking for someone who is already a competent analyst but is driven and wanting to grow your career.
You need to demonstrate that you are technically strong and understand the fundamentals of accounting/finance and tax.
Just as important is your calm, agile, client-focused and self-motivated personality.
You will also have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
3+ years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably in professional services or banking.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
A client-focused approach, able to understand the client's needs.
Demonstrated critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A great team player, collaborating with the team.
