We offer a generous and uncapped commission only structure with very flexible working arrangements. By nature you will be a hunter capable of generating your own leads. Who we are looking for You will be a bright, confident and an articulate individual of any experience level who will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:  Professionally qualified NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 in any strand of Mortgages, Investments and Life/Health.An analytical mind with the energy and ability to build rapport and understanding with clients.A dynamic and flexible approach to change and the ability to build excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.A solid understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements relating to the provision of financial services advice in the NZ market.
