The AIA Thrive Academy is the perfect stepping-stone for someone looking to become a financial adviser. We will provide you with a 6-week comprehensive classroom-based training program to complete your New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), along with monthly financial support for your first 3 months, after which you will be solely commission-based.
Our first AIA Thrive Academy induction is kicking off in Auckland on the 15th January 2025 and we have space for three motivated people who are passionate about protecting New Zealanders. Who can join the AIA Thrive Academy? The only mandatory requirement is the ability to attend a 6-week in-person training in Epsom Auckland in January 2025.
