The AIA Thrive Academy is the perfect stepping-stone for someone looking to become a financial adviser. We will provide you with a 4-week comprehensive classroom-based training programme, along with monthly financial support for your first 3 months.

New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (NZCFS Level 5 Version 2) (ie. Life, Disability and Health strand). Ability to attend a 4-week in-person training in Epsom, Auckland. To thrive in the role, you'll likely also bring:
