We are embarking on a journey to grow the NZ advice community by supporting new Advisers build a successful and rewarding career in financial advice.
The AIA Thrive Academy is the perfect stepping-stone for someone looking to become a financial adviser. We will provide you with a 4-week comprehensive classroom-based training program, along with monthly financial support for your first 3 months.
Who can join the AIA Thrive Academy?
If you care about making a difference in people's lives and share our vision for New Zealanders living healthier, longer, better Lives;
AIA Thrive Academy is right for you. For the first induction, the only mandatory requirements are :
New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (NZCFS Level 5 Version 2) (ie. Life, Disability and Health strand).
Ability to attend a 4-week in-person training in Epsom Auckland.
To thrive in the role, you'll likely also bring :
