Financial Administrator (Property Management)

The Wellington team are looking for a full-time (40 hours) financial administrator to join the property management team.
The Opportunity Provide full administrative support to the Senior Property Manager and broader team covering multiple commercial assets across Wellington.
Finance support related duties; processing invoices, expense and debtor management, accounts receivable/payable, accruals/arrears.
Maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements.
General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the daily operations and best interest of the wider team are met.
About you Excellent organisation and financial administrative skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
High level of accuracy, analytical/numerical ability, and attention to detail.
