About the role We are looking for a financial administration officer to join our busy and growing architectural practice.

Location of Work: Auckland Type of employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week Days required: Monday – Friday Pay: $30 - $33 per hour, based on qualification and experience Responsibilities: Recording financial transactions and balancing the books Cross-referencing the books against bank statements and other source documents to confirm accuracy Creating and sending invoices, and following up to get them paid Making sure invoices from suppliers are accurate and paid in a timely manner Calculating pay and deductions Filing GST returns and income returns Producing annual profit and loss and balance sheet report Summarising and analyzing the business's financial position Creating budgets and forecasts, and advising on how to improve the business.
