Financial Accounting Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accounting Manager to lead our small Finance team to deliver core accounting functions and statutory reporting at NEC New Zealand. You will also work closely with our NEC Australia finance colleagues.To be successful in this role you will have:Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, ideally in the technology sectorExperience in leading a finance teamProficiency in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisExperience using SAP Business by Design/SAP and BI reporting tools (e.g. TM1)Ability to analyse financial data and provide insights to management for decision makingStrong communication skills, particularly with presenting to a non-financial audienceAdvanced problem solving skills to identify issues, recommend solutions and implement process improvementsAbout NECNEC New Zealand delivers advanced biometric identity solutions and innovative transport products through our world-leading technology, unique and diverse talent, industry partnerships and customer relationships.
