We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to support the financial operations of Allied Medical. It's a fast-paced environment and we're looking for a critical thinker who is keen to add value to the role and the business overall.
Supporting the Finance Manager, you will be key in overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, financial management statements, payroll preparation, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting business decisions through financial analysis.
To be considered for this position you will need:
3 or more years relevant experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environmentBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fieldHigh level proficiency in Excel and accounting software - ideally ExoExperience in preparing financial statements and management accountsFamiliarity of NZ tax regulations and experience submitting GST and PAYE returnsKnowledge of payroll processing and related tasksCritical and analytical thinkingStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOur ideal candidate is able to work full time at our office in Rosedale in Auckland.
