Finance Specialist - Taupo

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our dedicated growing team who want to make lending about people again.Based in Taupo, you will provide the best possible support to our clients.
You'll be responsible for:Giving our clients a warm and personalised serviceProviding lending support from the start of the application process through to loan generation, often all within the same dayAnalysing bank statements and completing loan documentationSupporting our existing customers throughout their loan journeyAccurately maintaining databases and records using efficient systems.Empathetic, discreet, and kindEnjoy a fast-paced workplace and can remain calm under pressureHave a positive outlook and enjoy a challengeEnjoy solving problems and delivering solutionsAre methodical with a good eye for detail and able to follow established proceduresEnjoy being part of a small, focused team in a growth phaseCan commit to working at least one Saturday a month with a rostered day off during the week.And you have:A background working in finance or similar serviceSuperb written and verbal communication skills and a gun on a keyboardA desire to build lasting relationships with clients.Candidates must possess a New Zealand Driver's Licence and the legal right to full-time work in New Zealand.
