Your desire to build client relations, offer key support, and your passion for learning will be a driving force in excelling within this position.You will discover that no two days are the same and this position offers plenty of opportunities to experience a variety of tasks, the ability to constantly challenge yourself, and to continuously grow and develop your skills and knowledge.Here is a snapshot of what your role and responsibilities will entail:The ability to learn and understand the finPOWER Connect Loan Management software.Applying this knowledge to be our friendly and helpful primary point of contact for clients through both email and phone support.Coordinating with other technical teams to address client customisation requests.Being the patient and ever calm face of our company.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDo you possess the following skills?1 – 2 years Helpdesk experienceExperience with any finance software and/or transactional database systems.Knowledge of the Finance and lending industryExperience working in a Windows 10 and Office365 environment.Task focused with the ability to quickly learn new systems.Be a self-starter and team player.Possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills.An aptitude and/or curiosity for technology.Enjoy the challenges and frustrations that come from learning new software.Determination to become very knowledgeable about the software you will be supporting.BENEFITSThis position is the perfect opportunity for anyone aiming to enter the ever-growing fintech industry.
