At Intersoft Systems Ltd, we are renowned for our loan management software that is used by over 400 companies in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. We host a diverse client base that includes small local businesses, right through to multi award-winning national lending corporations. Currently, we have an opportunity for a Software Support Representative to join the Application Support Team.

As a Software Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our growing national client base. Your desire to build client relations, offer key support, and your passion for learning will be a driving force in excelling within this position.

Here is a snapshot of what your role and responsibilities will entail:
The ability to learn and understand the finPOWER Connect Loan Management software.
Applying this knowledge to be our friendly and helpful primary point of contact for clients through both email and phone support.
Coordinating with other technical teams to address client customisation requests.
Being the patient and ever calm face of our company.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Do you possess the following skills?
1 – 2 years Helpdesk experience
Experience with any finance software and/or transactional database systems.
Knowledge of the Finance and lending industry
Experience working in a Windows 10 and Office365 environment.
Task focused with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Be a self-starter and team player.
Possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
An aptitude and/or curiosity for technology.
Enjoy the challenges and frustrations that come from learning new software.
Determination to become very knowledgeable about the software you will be supporting.
