Account & Relationship Management (Sales) A great opportunity to join Napier based market leading fintech as our new Account Manager for our finPOWER Connect Loan Management Software platform.About the RoleThe Account Manager is the face of Intersoft and is the key contact point for our customers to drive finPOWER Connect's value to their business and help drive growth and deliver customer satisfaction.You will be responsible for managing relationships and delivering value and great customer service to finPOWER Connect customers, by responding to their needs and supporting their growth. They should have a deep understating of customers, their business and finPOWER Connect. Being available and actively managing a portfolio of customers including regular reviews, developing strategy and engaging with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes will be key.About youYou are super resilient, driven and passionate about customers and you care about what you do.
