About the Role: We are looking for a Finance Partner to join our Consumer SME Team in Finance Transformation and Enablement team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support the Consumer and SME teams.
Day to day you will be involved in:

Transactional processing and making Commission payments to Consumer and SME staff.
Accountability for ensuring payments are timely and accurate.
Understanding and articulating big data sets.
Working closely with stakeholders in Consumer and SME Segments providing insights.
Monthly Balance Sheet Recs.
Financial tasks such as month end journals/accruals.
Curiosity for process improvement and automation of tasks.
Providing support to the channels area of the business on Ad Hoc tasks.

What experience you'll bring:

Excellent in MS Excel and experience in D365.
Experience in PowerBI and SQL would be advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting; CA/CPA qualification is advantageous.
Analytical approach to problem solving with creative solutions.
Energy, positive attitude, responsibility for deliverables, and proactive issue management.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
