About the Role: Located in Auckland, you will be working in a cross-functional team that creates and delivers business solutions to the market. Day to day you will be involved in: Financial Modelling and Forecasting: You will be responsible for financial modelling and forecasting of Spark's Service Management products and services, focusing on strategic decision support, price structure, and cost optimisation. Portfolio and Market Performance Assessment: You will analyse portfolio and market performance, offer a commercial perspective on growth trends and opportunities, and evaluate investment plans. Driving Sustainable Growth: You will guide Service Management leadership on business opportunities and risks. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with product managers and other business leaders to develop and implement strategies that achieve operational and financial goals. Month-end Tasks: You will also take part in month-end tasks related to labour and OPEX reporting, aiding our understanding of the overall profitability of our Service Management Service Line. What experience you'll bring? Proven 5-10 years experience in commercial or finance, with a focus on business partnering, input into or support for business and/or category strategy development, financial modelling and business analysis. Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI. A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting is required.
