The Custodial Services Officer role sits within our Corporate Trustee Services team, which is one of the larger corporate trustee teams in the country.
Our team has broad commercial experience in the financial services industry and other business sectors.
Ko te turanga mahi | About the role Our Finance Officer Custodial Services sits as part of our Custody team.
A key focus for this role will be daily cash and asset reconciliations, banking, reporting, and adhering with risk and compliance requirements.
Compilating and delivering client portfolio reporting Investment and cash transaction processing, including the preparation and checking of transactions Answering operational queries from clients Supporting Corporate Action processing, where required Ko wai koe | About you We will value your inquisitive nature and strong attention to detail and accuracy, a logical thinker, you enjoy solving problems by utilising information and data to develop solutions.
Your enthusiasm, customer focused approach, diligence, and ability to work efficiently within a small team, will see you succeed in this role Our ideal candidate will have: 18 months experience within a finance, banking or financial services-based background A relevant tertiary qualification in finance or accounting is preferred.
