The Foundation works closely alongside its subsidiaries (Spectrum Care Limited and Homes of Choice) to achieve this vision.Our Head Office in Greenlane has a full-time position for an experienced Finance Officer to join our Finance Team.The ideal applicant will have, or have previously had experience in, the following:Business/Commerce degree with a major in AccountingExperience in using Business Central 365 and Approval PlusKeeping financial records, and maintaining and balancing accounts using computerized systemsMonitoring cash flow and lines of creditPreparing and producing financial statements, budget and expenditure reports and analyses using account books, ledgers and accounting software packagesPreparing invoices, purchase orders and bank depositsReconciling accounts against monthly bank statementsVerifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to managementProviding taxation advice and preparing taxation returns as applicable (GST related)A desire to study towards obtaining your NZICA CA qualificationAt least three years' experience in a similar roleBe a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to engage with people at the workplacePossess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)A self-starter who shows initiativeHave proven ability to work accurately and methodically, prioritizing work to meet strict deadlines whilst working under pressurePossess skills in Microsoft Word and ExcelIf you are a non-resident applying for this role and seeking visa support, you must meet the following INZ Level 3 skill requirements to be considered:At least 3 years of relevant work experience, orA relevant qualification on the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF) — this must be at least a level 4 qualification for a role at skill level 3, or a diploma for a role at skill level 2.Don't miss this opportunity to join our friendly team centrally located in Greenlane.
