Finance Manager temp needed for 4 month assignment on the North Shore with a leading supplier of commercial lighting solutions. Job Details: 4 month temp role 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday Based in Rosedale, North Shore Immediate start Our client is an established and successful supplier of commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions across NZ, Australia and Southeast Asia. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team for the next 4 months, whilst they recruit the role permanently. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on sole charge role (no direct reports) where you'll be responsible for: End to end accounts (AP/AR, purchase orders, bank reconciliations) Higher end accounting and end of month reporting IRD obligations (GST, PAYE) Payroll (Smartly) Cash flow management Credit Control To be successful you must have: Proven accounting/finance management experience (5+ years) Advanced MS Office (particularly Excel) Up to date payroll knowledge Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Self-motivation and a positive attitude Dependability, and can meet deadlines You'll be comfortable using inventory management software and working in a hands-on sole charge finance role.
