They are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team for the next 4 months, whilst they recruit the role permanently. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on sole charge role (no direct reports) where you'll be responsible for:End to end accounts (AP/AR, purchase orders, bank reconciliations)Higher end accounting and end of month reportingIRD obligations (GST, PAYE)Payroll (Smartly)Cash flow managementCredit ControlTo be successful you must have:Proven accounting/finance management experience (5+ years)Advanced MS Office (particularly Excel)Up to date payroll knowledgeExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-motivation and a positive attitudeDependability, and can meet deadlinesYou'll be comfortable using inventory management software and working in a hands-on sole charge finance role.
