We are excited to be partnering with a progressive Technology company that continues to grow and expand their product offering into new global markets. They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven individual to work in this dynamic environment.
About YOUR new job:
In this newly created role, you will take ownership of the entire corporate accounting function, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a "hands-on" role suited to an individual with a mix of both financial accounting, management accounting, and FP&A skill sets who can work independently and effectively to deliver insights and drive robust financial control activities.
Key Details:
Hands-on role performing and managing the corporate accounting function, which includes but is not limited to profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow management including accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining and accounting for fixed assets and inventory.Group Consolidation. Experience in group consolidations is essential.Management Reporting: Experience in preparing performance reports, actual vs. budget analysis, and other KPI reports.Collaborate with the broader business to deliver insights and drive robust financial control activities to support the achievement of strategic, financial, and operational objectives of the Group.Process Improvement. Drive initiatives to improve systems & processes across the business. Proactively identify new initiatives that could benefit the organisation.
About YOU!
CA/CPA Qualified with proven capability in financial accounting and reporting. Sound technical ability and knowledge.Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.Ability to provide detailed and timely financial analysis, then draw strategic conclusions to enable savvy business decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and engage with multiple stakeholders.Experience working in an ASX listed company preferred but not essential.Can Do. Energetic, Passionate. Process and deadline-driven mindset, key eye for detail.Resilient. Adaptable. Able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.Systems Savvy. Proficient in Excel and adept in using ERP systems. Knowledge of Xero preferred.
