Responsible for planning, analysis, reporting and business support in meeting profit targets. This critical role reports to the GM of Finance and contributes to the Operational Leadership Team as the lead Finance business partner.Responsibilities include:Business partnering & provision of analytical insights to drive business momentumLead Operations planning activities, budgeting & forecastingDevelop & train your team with a focus on continuous improvementLead business performance analysis and drive consistency across all sitesSupport & influence capital expenditure to ensure continuous improvementAbout you:You have previous experience working in an FMCG Manufacturing business in a Finance Operations role. Continuous improvement is your focus & your strategic vision has moved many a project successfully forward.
