Full timeThis organisation is one you will instantly recognise, they are one of Australia's largest food manufacturers. This role plays a crucial part within the finance team, leading a team of 3 across a number of manufacturing sites. You will influence across the business with a large number of key stakeholders, business partnering, delivering results and providing that key support to the business.Reporting to the GM Finance, key responsibilities will include:Leading the Operations Finance teamDriving business performance analysis ensuring effective support is providedOperational costings and recoveriesContributing to leadership team and overall operations strategyFinancial complianceManagement of CapexProcess improvement and change managementYou will have:Previous experience within a similar role in a FMCG or manufacturing businessYour CA or similar qualificationDemonstrated leadership skillsStakeholder engagement and influencing abilitiesAnalytical strengthsStrong technical knowledge of SAP with an interest in analytical and business intelligence platformsIf you are looking for an opportunity with a stable, well-respected business that supports its people and encourages development, then this could be for you.
