We're looking for a Finance Manager - Store Transformation to join our team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Head of Finance - Store Operations & Supply Chain. Joining our Finance team you'll take accountability for supporting the transformation of our NZ Store Operations Model.
About the Role | Mo te Turanga
You will:

Partner with Senior Operations and People leadership to develop and present the business case for investment in a new Store Operating Model, in conjunction with Commercial Advisory Services.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to track progress of the new Store Operating Model and identify & recommend areas for enhancement.
Manage the financial budget for the transformation project, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, People & Operations teams, Vendors and Exec Leadership.
Manage the development and implementation of new financial reporting requirements for the future Operating Model.

About You | Mou
To succeed in this role you will need to be an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally, you will have experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
If you're the sort of individual who strives to always do the right thing for customers, team, our communities, and our business then we ought to connect.
To be successful in this position, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management role, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a CPA or equivalent professional designation. You will also bring experience in financial modelling and forecasting.
