About the Role This role is essential for leading a seven-member finance team, ensuring continuity during the holiday period through to January 2026. As Interim Finance Manager, you'll provide financial leadership, support system upgrades, and manage key financial functions, ensuring smooth operations while taking a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a seven-member finance team, ensuring continuity during the New Year period. Oversee financial operations, including monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure smooth operation of billings systems and processes. Assist the General Manager with board reports, financial summaries, and system upgrades. Collaborate with partners and other departments to resolve financial queries and provide strategic insights. Strong working knowledge of financial systems, particularly Aderant or similar billing-focused software. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing monthly management reports.
