Competitive salary & benefits on offer.The Role:As Finance Manager - Managed Contracts you will work alongside the contract management team and regional finance teams, this role will drive the success of the area in delivering against financial commitments. Specifically, you will hold the contract management leads to account on delivering revenue, profit and cash targets, provide financial insight to drive action and strategic decisions, and drive the commercial value add and cost transformation agendas.What you'll be doingBusiness partner the Contract Management teams across a range of sectorsDrive financial performance including monitoring budgets for all contractsOwnership and creation of profit optimisation plans including cost transformation, revenue assurance and commercial value add opportunitiesOwnership of the managed contracts cost base including Service costs – driving insight into this and identifying areas of opportunity to optimise marginReview processes and drive linkage between Bid P&L and in life financial performance/outlookProvide financial guidance and support to the Senior leadership team on risks, opportunities, variances and Gap Plans.Drive consistency in the financial management and control of all bespoke Contracts. Including in life, CGR's, change controls, extensions, customer interactions, Government returns and Business Director support.Manage the commercial risks and opportunities across the sectors, ensuring they are clearly understood and the available levers are pulled to mitigate.Provide financial support to Contract Management Evolution.
