Finance Manager

Full TimeSalary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Southern Cross + Car ParkThe Finance Manager is an essential member of the team, managing a team of 4. This role will manage finances for multiple entities, with responsibility for Finance, Tax, Corporate, and Management Accounting. The Finance Manager will proactively address financial issues and raise them with leadership, and identify and act on opportunities for systems and process improvement.Responsibilities include:Monthly Reporting, accruals, reconciliationsCash Management, monthly cash forecastsAccounts Payables and PayrollPerform Financial AnalysisFinancial Reporting, timely and accurate financial statements, income statementsWhat you'll need:Experience in international businessExperience in dealing with multiple entitiesExperience in manufacturing or sales industries would be favouredMedium-sized organisation experienceManagerial experience and dealing with complex accountingAble to untangle unfinished work/backlog work5 years in a Senior leadership roleCA/CPA qualifiedM & A experienceOracle experienceBenefits: On top of salary you will receive Southern Cross insurance for your family, as well as income and trauma protection insurance, additional health check-ups, a car park, and access to a gym on site.Work in office: There are no set rules apart from one anchor day.
