Finance Manager

Your new company You'll be joining a well-reputed not-for-profit organisation based in Wairarapa who are seeking a well-equipped finance manager to lead the finance function and support the CEO in the reporting of financial performance to the board. Your new role Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for the management of a close-knit finance team and, ultimately, for the effective delivery of month-end, year-end and contract management functions. You'll work alongside the senior leadership team in supporting business initiatives. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a Chartered Accountant with strong leadership experience, ideally within a service provider model. You'll have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets and in identifying areas for improvement. You'll bring energy for the things that are challenging and will help to ensure that your team are working cohesively when the pressure is on. You'll encourage open dialogue across all levels, creating a feeling of belonging in the team whilst encouraging collaboration with the wider organisation.
