About the Role The Finance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the finance strategy and budget, monitoring and reporting on performance, and providing operational financial support and subject matter expertise. You will work with the Finance team to ensure integration with Smartrak's other business processes and tools. Your well-developed financial skills will be put to good use generating exceptional financial reports and engaging with our stakeholders both in person and online. As a key member of the Finance team, you will manage financial planning and forecasting, nurturing the financial health of the company. Skills and experience we're looking for: CA Qualified and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & NZ Minimum of 5 years Financial Management Experience. Previous experience at Finance Manager level or above Sound understanding of the compliance, accounting, employment and tax requirements of conducting business in New Zealand and Australia (and the USA would be an advantage) Proven track record of acting as the advisor for financial aspects of the business What will you bring? Key Responsibilities Leadership of our highly capable finance team Cash-flow planning and management Financial planning and forecasting including working with the CEO to ensure alignment between business strategy and financial forecasts.
