The opportunity: As a Finance Manager in our Central Otago Region, you will be responsible for the regional day-to-day operations of the finance and administration division to ensure the organisation achieves financial targets.
In addition to the above you will: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the Central Otago regional business.Prepare budgets, month end and year end reports.Undertake financial forecasting.Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.Prepare and analyse financial reports, monitor and communicate trends and metrics.Identify trends, variances, and opportunities, and assess and manage risk.Provide financial insights, advice, and education to support multiple business units.Lead, support and develop a team of 3 accountants, and an office administration team.Ensure policies, procedures and legal requirements are followed correctly.To be successful in this role, you will: Have a qualification in a relevant field of study (e.g.
