Te Turanga | About the Role:Lead our Finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial statements and reporting.Reporting to the Financial Controller and working with your small, dedicated team, you'll be accountable for delivering the financial reporting requirements of Silver Fern Farms Limited and its Shareholders.This is a permanent role, which will initially be deployed into a fixed term position covering parental leave. Once the incumbent returns, we will permanently place you into a senior finance leadership position within Silver Fern Farms. You'll be based in our state-of-the-art Dunedin hub and will work in a dynamic environment while having the benefit of our flexible working model.This role is for a Finance Manager at the top of their game, who sees themselves as a future Financial Controller, and a leader of high performing teams.Responsibilities include:Financial ServicesAccounts and General LedgersControl and AuditFinancial ReportingTax and other complianceOu Pukenga | About You:We're looking for a finance leader who aspires to see their career trajectory take them further beyond a Finance Manager position.
