Finance Manager

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with senior finance professionals and business managers, giving you the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders across the organization. Your leadership and insight will be instrumental in guiding and supporting your team to achieve financial and operational excellence. Year-End Financial & Management Reporting:  Leading the preparation of accurate and compliant financial statements and reports for year-end, as well as monthly and quarterly cycles, ensuring timely completion during critical reporting periods. Strategic Planning:  Contributing to the formulation and execution of strategic financial initiatives, helping to shape the long-term direction of the business. Cash Flow Management: Overseeing cash flow to ensure liquidity, effective forecasting, and overall financial health. Financial Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, minimizing risk and maintaining the highest standards of integrity. Treasury & Asset Management: Managing financial assets and treasury functions, optimizing the organization's financial resources. Stakeholder Engagement: Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, becoming a trusted advisor. Project Management: Leading or contributing to key projects, providing financial analysis, insights, and decision support for business initiatives.   Skills and experience:  New Zealand CA qualified or equivalent and at least 5 years post qualification experience Demonstrated ability to influence others internally and externally and good communication  Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Please note that all applications are reviewed but only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
