The business boasts an already impressive and growing network across the region, with a continued focus on expanding to maximise their opportunities.The RoleLead and mentor a small team of accountants, supporting their growth and professional development, including those working towards professional qualification.Prepare the consolidated accounts for review by the financial controller, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Engage with various business units to stress-test financial information, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to best practices.Identify, develop, and implement standardised financial procedures across the business.Oversee and manage third-party processes, including coordinating with external auditors and liaising with banks and other service providers where required.Your ProfileDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
