Finance Manager

Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include: Leading & mentoring the accounts team.
Monthly and yearly financial reporting.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Compliance & statutory reporting.
Group accounting, systems and process review and recommendation.
Your background: CA qualified or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in a senior financial role and a proven track record of strong technical competence and leadership.
Prior experience in developing and implementing systems and procedures that create efficiencies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be a strong systems user, preferably with MYOB Advanced experience.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
