Finance Manager

CMA Recruitment Group is currently recruiting a senior finance role with an established and multi-entity Group based in Christchurch, Dorset, who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager as number two to the CFO.What will the Finance Manager role involve?
Manging a team of nine and overseeing the day to day financial operation across the Group;Ensuring the timely preparation of management accounts and board reports for multiple entities, together with Group consolidations;Influencing strategic decision making and the future direction of the business;Budget setting for multiple entities;Reviewing procedures and implementing controls and process improvements;Playing a key role in systems implementations across the Group.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy: The ideal candidate will be ACCA / ACA qualified;Previous experience working in practice or a large multi entity environment;Strong people management skills;Advanced Excel knowledge.
